Solitude therapy is positive time alone to hear from your most authentic self, gaining new insights.

I thought I would love my first intensional solo in the woods. But my perfectionism came out hard and fast. And with no one there, I had to face it. It was hard to see that part of me so clearly. But, it was a huge step in working through it - you can’t shift what you keep hidden from yourself, you know?

And the rest was bliss - the trees, spruce grouse, and only me, making my own decisions.
